By the time he had arrived at my condo, the issue I was having had cleared up and could not be duplicated. After spending some time telling Tony exactly what my experience was he asked to find the main breaker. Once I gained access to that room Tony removed the panel and the issue was clear, loose wires at the main breaker. Having owned 4 homes, I've had experiences where the contractor just wanted to be done; especially on a weekend.
